Mijn trainingsprogramma’s en coaching bedenk en plan ik voor mezelf en deel ik dan. Dit programma is bevat trainingen voor rompspieren (core) te versterken en wat extra kracht in de benen te krijgen (in het bijzonder voor triathleten). Ideaal voor in een periode zonder wedstrijden, nog voor je weer gaat opbouwen richting het seizoen. Behalve als je een week stevig aan krachttraining wil doen, zou ik de trainingen verdelen over meerdere weken.
