Plan Description

These 80/20 Standard Level Triathlon Mobility Plans are designed to improve flexibility, joint mobility, and movement efficiency, ensuring athletes maintain optimal range of motion and reduce injury risk. These plans are intended to complement your endurance plan in a practical, flexible way. Eight weeks in length, the plan features three sessions per week, with each session taking about 20-25 minutes to complete.
