Our 8-week training plan is designed specifically for complete beginners, building up your swimming, cycling, and running from scratch.
I know starting from scratch can be daunting. Balancing training with a busy schedule, figuring out where to start, and staying motivated are real challenges. Our plan tackles these issues head-on with a focus on gradual progression, efficiency, and structured development.
We start with swim sessions that are 800 meters long and gradually build up to 1700 meters. Our swim sessions focus on developing your technique and endurance, ensuring you feel confident and strong in the water.
We begin with 30-minute rides and work our way up to just over an hour.
You’ll see steady improvements in your endurance and speed, setting you up for success on race day.
We start with 15-minute runs and build up to 45 minutes. Our focus is on building your stamina so you can finish the race strong and confident.
Our 8-week plan focuses on building stamina with some race-intensity sessions. You’ll also practice running off the bike, so your transitions feel natural and smooth.
We include strength sessions to make you stronger and more injury-resistant. These sessions ensure you stay fit and ready to go.
Our sessions integrate seamlessly with smartwatches, letting you follow your training plan easily from your wrist and track your progress in real-time.
