Plan Description

So you've decided to try your first triathlon! A super-sprint triathlon is a really excellent way to kick things off and test the water (quite literally).

If you can gentle jog or walk for 20 minutes, if you can cycle for 30 minutes at a gentle pace, and if you can swim 200m non-stop already then this plan is for you. A chance to put it all together and practice / improve at what can be quite a daunting process.

Nothing too killer but definitely an increase in fitness to be seen over the 8 weeks!
