Plan Description
A 12 week plan to help get you to the start and finish line of a pool based Sprint Triathlon. The plan is designed for beginners to the sport who can already swim a short distance, cycle for 30minutes or more and run for 25minutes or more. It's not about time when you are a beginner it is about the distances so don't worry about your speed.
The plan is based on a 25 meter pool but can be easily adjusted. Coach emails for advice and questions are welcome.
