Plan Description

Who is this plan for?
This plan is designed for beginner athletes who are new to triathlon and looking to do an Olympic distance race. You do not need prior experience with all 3 sports (swim, bike, run), however you should be able to exercise for 30+ minutes uninterrupted prior to starting this plan. No special equipment is required for this plan.

RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion)
This plan can be done with RPE "feel," so no special equipment is required.
