Plan Description

This trainingsplan is made for someone who's:
- Main goal is to finish his/her first sprint triathlon
- Able to swim breaststroke/freestyle
- Able to cycle at least half an hour without stopping
- Able to run at least half an hour without stopping

Some things up front:
- In most of the workouts RPE (Rate of perceived exertion) is used. If you do not know what this is, you can google it. In short, it's a way to describe the intensity of a workout, without heart rate of power. So no need for fancy equipment.
- The swimming workouts are the minimal dose to finish the race. If you want to work on technique I recommend to hire a swimming/triathlon coach for this specific part of swimming or join the local swimming club.
