Plan Description
This plan is aimed towards people who have never done a triathlon before but can swim a minimum of 100m freestyle, cycle up to 20km and have ran/ walked 5km.
The plan consists of daily sessions, with two rest days per week. Be prepared to swim, bike and run at least once a week to start with and developing into two sessions per week by the end of the plan. The plan starts with two sessions of each discipline, aim to build up to this by the 5th week if it is too much to begin with. We work our way through a significant base phase of training, with the final 4 weeks gearing you up for more specific triathlon sessions.
