Plan Description
What is this plan?
Designed for athletes preparing for a Sprint triathlon (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run), this 36-week plan guides you through focused, event-specific training and a tapering phase to ensure peak performance on race day.
Who is this plan for?
The plan is designed for intermediate athletes who can already swim 1000m, run for 30 minutes, and cycle for 1 hour.
- Peak week = 7 hours
- Strength training plan included x 1 per week
- Designed for pace, power, heart rate, and feel
- Fitness tests to track progress
- Compatible with Zwift, Garmin, Polar, Wahoo, and more
