Plan Description

Sprint level intermediate triathletes looking for a 2-week block to transition from their base to the competitive period of race training will find this plan useful. The structure is the same each week and it is super easy to follow but will provide the necessary transition work to prep you for the build phase. It includes two swim, three bike, and three running workouts each week, in which three days include brick workouts. Also included are my video workouts for core training, strength training for triathletes, and foam rolling.
