Plan Description
So kann es nach der Offseason wieder losgehen. Mit diesem Plan startest du wieder voll durch.
2 Ruhetage pro Woche ( Montags und Donnerstag)
2 Laufeinheiten pro Woche
1-2 Schwimmeinheiten pro Woche
1-2 Radeinheiten pro Woche
+ Mobility&Core und Beinachsentraining
Du kannst dich auf technische Einheiten, Plyometrics, abwechslungsreiche Rolleneinheiten (mit einer Alternative für draußen, falls doch gutes Wetter sein sollte) und LIT-Einheiten freuen. Gegen Ende des Plans wird es mit den ersten HIT-Einheiten intensiver. Den Pan kannst du mit "HIT & LIT im Herbst" fortsetzen.
