Plan Description
Dein Frühjahrsplan - danach bist du bereit für die ersten Wettkämpfe!!
Der Plan umfasst zwei 3:1 Blöcke, die jeweils von der 1 bis zur 3 Wochen gesteigert werden. Die vierte Woche bildet jeweils die Entlastungswoche. Nach jeweils 4 Wochen könntest du einen Wettkampf oder Test einbauen. Alternativ bietet sich ein Wettkampf nach der 8 Wochen an.
Während der Woche findest du eine klare Struktur im Plan wieder:
Montag: Swim --> LIT und Core
Dienstag: Laufen/Rad/Koppel --> HIIT oder Intervalle
Mittwoch: immer Ruhetag!
Donnerstag: Laufen LIT/Grundlage
Freitag: Rad --> Trittfrequenz oder Kraftausdauer
Samstag: Swim --> HIIT und Core oder Lauf LIT/GA1
Sonntag: Rad --> LIT/GA1 und Beweglichkeit
