This plan is crafted for serious athletes ready to race hard, smart, and strong. Busselton’s flat, fast course along the foreshore, through the Tuart Forest, and around the iconic jetty isn't just stunning—it’s demanding in its own right. From pacing through calm waters to staying mentally sharp on a four-lap marathon, this plan prepares you for every challenge the WA course brings.

⚠️ Prerequisite Training Required
Before starting this journey, ensure you've built your aerobic base. This plan is not for beginners. Week one sets the tone with a 25-minute Anaerobic Threshold Interval session. Over 24 weeks, training time gradually increases from 10.5 to 18 hours/week, giving your body time to adapt while pushing your limits.
