Plan Description

Are you looking for a training plan that fits your needs? Something more than an “off-the-shelf” plan? This is the option for you.
When you purchase this option I build a custom training plan for you. This will take into account your schedule, needs, availability, skill and current fitness level etc.
Include your email address with purchase - this is required!
I will then contact you to gather some information about your goals, experience etc.
Cost is per month of plan.
Turn-around time is approx. 5-7 business days for plan design, once you return the intake forms to me.

I also offer consultations as an additional service on this plan. Consultations are $60CAD per 30min phone or video consultation. Please note I am located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone in North America. This is obviously TOTALLY OPTIONAL, but it is highly recommended to have 1 consultation eerie 4-6 weeks. The last thing I want is for someone to buy one of my plans and then struggle to make it work for them.

Overall plan includes:
-A detailed, customized training plan delivered via a TrainingPeaks basic account. Plan will be developed in ~4week blocks.
-Once the training plan is set there are NO adjustments to the training plan done by the coach; athlete is free to adjust the program as they wish.
-Changing the program requires a TrainingPeaks premium account.
-Coach does not monitor or comment on athlete performance.
-Optional consultations can be used for questions and for feedback to make refinements to future training blocks.
