With a 3.8 km swim through the Inner and Outer Alster starting at Jungfernstieg, a lightning-fast 179 km flat bike course through the city and Vier- und Marschlande, and a scenic 42.2 km run along downtown Hamburg landmarks—this race is designed for speed, but only the well-prepared succeed.
