Willkommen bei ACZ (AusdauerCoachingZone)
Dieser Plan ist für fortgeschritten Langdistanz Athleten die ihre Ziel Zeit auf 9:00h-09:30h herabsenken möchten. Ich habe persönlich 3x mal diesen Plan erfolgreich angewendet (9:21h Klagenfurt,9:23h Florida,9:23h Ostseeman) Dieser Plan verlangt viel an Disziplin und persönliche Stärke. Trainiert die ersten 4 Wochen und testet es aus ob ihr den Plan zeitlich ausführen könnt. (10-12h)Weiter Pläne sowie der vollständige Langdistanz Plan PREP bis RACE kann natürlich auch erworben werden. Entweder als 4 Wochen Block oder der komplette 9 Monats Trainingsplan.
