- Trabajo de fuerza específica
- Trabajo de Resistencia a la Fatiga
- Trabajo de Ritmos específicos
- Trabajo por frecuencia cardíaca en bici y carrera a pie.
- Trabajo por frecuencia cardíaca y/o ritmo en carrera a pie.
