Plan Description

This plan is an 8 WEEK plan covering the BASE PHASE of the season. It should be followed by one of our BUILD PHASE plans then one of our PEAK AND TAPER plans.

Grn Mchn Multisports specializes in training triathletes to manage their energy system over the course of their desired race distance. While we specialize in custom training plans and individualized coaching, we realize that's not for everybody.

While considering our training plans for swimming, athletes should choose a BASE phase plan, then a BUILD phase plan then a PEAK AND TAPER Phase plan, in that order. We offer 4, 8, and 12 week plans for the BASE and BUILD phases so athletes can select what works best for their schedule. The 5 week leading up to your race should be spent doing one of our 5 week PEAK AND TAPER plans.
