✅ Plan de entrenamiento para carreras de Ultra de montaña, con una fase general y específica de entrenamiento, con una duración de 25 semanas (inicio recomendado: entre 20-25 semanas antes de la competición)
🎖️ Este plan de entrenamiento es ideal para aquellos corredores que tienen como objetivo terminar la Ultra y ya han participado en algun Maratón de Montaña.
🏃‍♂️ Trabajo de resistencia y velocidad basado en la frecuencia cardíaca y RPE.
🏋️‍♀️ Trabajo de fuerza con rutinas de entrenamiento para hacer en casa o en el gimnasio.
