This plan is aimed at the beginner or intermediate runner looking to run the Leadville Trail Marathon! This plan assumes your are generally fit and not completely new to running but that you haven't been running much lately. This plan is perfect for anyone jumping over to trails for the first time or looking to get back into trail running.

The training is designed to prepare you for the demands of the Leadville Marathon and includes some Leadville specific tips!
