Plan Description
This plan is specifically designed for the Bigfoot 200! The author has completed Bigfoot 200 three times (and is signed up again for a 4th in 2022!), finishing each time from back or the pack, middle of the pack and front of the pack. He has a deep understanding of this course and what it takes to complete it successfully.
This plan has Bigfoot specific tips and course section intel each week! This includes some course descriptions, travel, lodging, crew, logistics, etc.
The plan assumes you have a good base fitness and can comfortably run 40 miles or 6 hours a week before starting.
The plan is based on time.
