Plan Description
Ziel dieses 12-wöchigen Trainingsplans ist es, deine VO2max zu steigern. Der wöchentliche Trainingsumfang bleibt dabei relativ konstant, jedoch variieren die Intensität und die Anzahl der intensiven Einheiten im Verlauf des Plans.
Der Plan umfasst 4 Trainingstage pro Woche, mit einem Gesamtumfang von 4 bis 7 Stunden. Er enthält intensive VO2max-Intervalle sowie zusätzliche Sprints. Die lockeren Dauerläufe dienen der Verbesserung deiner aeroben Ausdauer und unterstützen die Regeneration zwischen den intensiven Einheiten.
