Dieser Rahmentrainingsplan richtet sich an Läufer, die bereits regelmäßig laufen. Der Plan ist speziell darauf ausgelegt, die Leistungsfähigkeit gleichmäßig zu verbessern. Er enthält sowohl lockere Grundlageneinheiten als auch spezifische Tempo- und Intervall-Läufe.
Die Steuerung der Trainingseinheiten erfolgt mittels Pace. Für eine korrekte Anwendung ist es deshalb unbedingt erforderlich, dass deine aktuelle Schwellen-Leistung (Pace) in den Einstellungen korrekt hinterlegt ist. Falls du deine aktuelle Schwellen-Pace nicht kennst, bieten wir eine umfassende Leistungsdiagnostik an, um diese gemeinsam zu ermitteln - kontaktiere uns, für Fragen dazu.
