This plan is a GYM-BASED 12-week long, 3-day per week plan where you will do two full body, running specific, main sessions, then one separate core session. It also incorporates some short, but effective, mobility routines throughout!

Whether you're new to strength training (although I would suggest some sort of gym experience could be beneficial) or looking to perfect your technique, this plan offers a structured, progressive approach that minimizes injury risk and enhances your race-day power.
