Your Marathon Race Recovery Plan from a Level 3 British Triathlon Coach

Welcome to your recovery training plan!


Congratulations on completing your Marathon!

It's now time to recovery and repair. This is a 4 week plan to ensure you train at the right level after your race. This plan ensures that your recover, your body repairs and you keep moving.

The plan includes:

- Run, swimming and cross training
- Recovery tips
- Stretching & meditation
- Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
