Plan Description
This plan is intended for people who already run regularly and want to build to a marathon distance.
For 12 weeks long the focus will be on increasing your training volume in a safe way. Every time 2 build weeks alternate with a relative rest week. During the build weeks 4 training sessions are planned, 3 in the rest weeks. The longest endurance run is 30 kilometers (takes place 3 weeks before the marathon).
This training plan was carefully put together by the FuseAction Group from Belgium with focus on building volume without developing injuries.
The entire training plan will be synchronized to your smart training device. Each part of the individual training sessions can be easily followed from the wrist.
