Advanced marathonplan voor de ambitieuze marathonloper / Triatleet met ervaring
(90' kunnen lopen zonder problemen).
Nederlandstalig plan met 7 workouts per week: 4 looptrainingen + 2 fietstrainingen + 1 dryland (Stabilisatie / Kracht). 3 meegeleverde PDF's met dryland oefeningen.

- 3 weken Peak
Bij elke block korte uitleg waarom welke workouts gepland staan.
Alle workouts staan structurered en kunnen dus naar Garmin / Polar / Coros / Etc worden doorgeladen.
