Plan Description

Te presento este plan parara preparar una Maratón con potencia. Necesitamos un gimnasio. O repetir la cuarta sesión "fuerza de peso libre". Previamente a la realización del plan es necesario realizar la prueba de potencia crítica. Calentamos 20' progresivamente sin acabar exhaustos. Estiramos bien y realzamos dos laps, una de 9' y otra de 3'. De aquí debemos sumar el resultado obtenido de la potenica media, dividirlo entre dos y el resultado multiplicarlo *0,9. Esa será nuestra potencia crítica, y ese valor deberemos introducirla en nuestra zona de potencia de trainingspeak para que vaya calculando automáticamente nuestras zonas de entrenamiento.
