Plan Description
Who is this plan for?
This plan is designed for new or beginner runners looking to complete their first half marathon. It is helpful if you have completed a 5k/10k distance race before, but not required. You should be available to train 3-5 days per week, and have the ability to run for at least 20 minutes uninterrupted before starting this plan. This plan works best with access to a watch or other time/pace tracking device, however it is not required.
Benchmark testing
Pace based benchmark testing will take place in week 1 of this plan to keep you progressing in every workout you do, however this plan can be completed without taking the benchmark test.
Structured Workouts
Every workout in this plan can be exported to a supported device, so you can follow the workouts without your phone handy.
Coach Support
This plan includes coach access and support via e-mail for any questions you have.
