Plan Description

Este plan de entrenamiento esta pensado para aquellas personas que quieren dar el salto a la media maratón y con un bagaje en la carrera previo y que al menos puedan correr 10km seguidos a un ritmo suave y con una condición física aceptable habiendo realizado entre 30-40 km/semana en microciclos de carga previamente.

Durante el plan se realizan varias sesiones de fuerza. Si no estás familiarizado con el trabajo de fuerza es mejor que lo primero de todo realices bien la técnica de cada ejercicio, aunque pierdas unas sesiones en ello. Otra opción es trabajar la técnica de los ejercicios de fuerza antes de empezar el entrenamiento (aconsejable).

El objetivo final de este plan es que se pueda conseguir finalizar la prueba con creces, sin pensar en el tiempo que nos puede demorar.
