Plan Description
Dieser Rahmentrainingsplan richtet sich an ambitionierte Läufer, die bereits regelmäßig 3-4 Mal pro Woche laufen und dabei etwa 35-50 km pro Woche zurücklegen. Der Plan ist speziell darauf ausgelegt, eine Halbmarathonzielzeit von 1:40 Stunden zu erreichen. Er eignet sich besonders für Läufer, die entweder bereits jetzt einen 10-km-Lauf in rund 48 Minuten oder einen Halbmarathon in rund 1:55 Stunden absolvieren können.
