Plan Description

If you are training for your first half marathon or you have a small amount of experience, this is the programme for you! We will help guide you through each week, leading you right up to the finish line on race day. Even if you are an experienced runner but would like a low mileage approach to training because of time constraits or coming off the back of an injury, this programme can help guide and develop your running ability.
