3athloncoach feat. "Die Pacer"
Du ballerst gerne oder willst an deinem Tempo auf den unteren Distanzen arbeiten ? Dann ist dieser Plan genau richtig für dich.
Du kannst dich auf 4-5 Laufeinheiten pro Woche freuen. Zwei mal pro Woche geht es dabei ordentlich zur Sache - "kurz und knackig".
Abgerundet wird der Plan mit Athletik-, Stabi- und Beweglichkeitseinheiten.
Das besondere an dem Plan: Aus den Lielingseinheiten von Marvin, Marcel, Simon und Jonas von den Pacern habe ich einen Plan mit Struktur zusammengebaut. Der Plan macht also nicht nur Spaß, er macht dich auch schneller!!
Nach 6 Wochen kannst du einen 5 bis 10km-Lauf einplanen oder einen alternativen Leistungstest machen.
