Are you tired of feeling out of shape and lacking energy? Do you want to challenge yourself and achieve a fun and rewarding goal? Look no further than our TCC Couch to 5k training plan!
Over the course of just 10 weeks, you'll go from not being able to run at all, to a 5k runner with this fun and achievable plan. Designed to gradually increase your stamina and endurance by combining run and walk intervals, the Couch to 5k program makes it easy to get started and stay motivated.
Can You Get Started?
The best part? This training plan is suitable for returning runners and of course complete beginners who have never run a day in their lives. You'll start off with a mix of walking and running intervals, gradually increasing the running time each week until you're running the full 5k distance by the end of the program.
