Plan Description
Designed by the coaches at 80/20 Endurance this 10K Premium Strength Advanced Training Plan was created to complement your main 80/20 Endurance 10K Run plan, or can be used stand alone. The plan has been designed to improve muscular strength, core stability, and power specific to running. They help reduce injury risk, enhance performance, and support recovery.
TARGET ATHLETE
This plan is tailored to athletes with experience in strength training and endurance sports, aiming to improve power, strength endurance and sport-specific performance. Suitable for intermediate to advanced endurance athletes seeking maximum performance gains.
10K Premium Strength Advanced plan has 3 strength sessions scheduled per week.
