Plan Description

Build your fitness to run your first 10K or improve your 10K time with this plan for beginner runners. You should have a base of running at least 2 times a week and able to run at least 3K or 20:00 minutes without stopping (short walking breaks are acceptable).
The plan can be adapted to your needs, contact me to make any adjustments or training suggestions.
The plan is based on 3 runs a week, and advancing to 4 runs a week on alternate weeks on the second half of the plan. Weekly Kilometers in between 13-28K (estimate), and 1-2 quality workouts.
