Este programa de 12 semanas, está diseñado para atletas que desean iniciarse en el running preparando su primer 10K de forma progresiva e introduciendo tanto el entrenamiento específico de carrera como el trabajo neuromuscular (fuerza), y amplitud de movimiento (flexibilidad) para asegurar un trabajo equilibrado e integral.

Este programa incluye:

✅ Test de valoración de aptitud cardiovascular inicial

✅ Bloques de entrenamiento neuromuscular mediante vídeos de ejercicios.

✅ Bloques de entrenamiento de flexibilidad mediante vídeos de ejercicios.

✅ Sesiones de entrenamiento de carrera estructuradas

✅ Estrategia nutricional básica para la semana de tapering, estrategia pre, intra y post carrera.
