Plan Description

This training plan is designed to prepare athletes for a successful ski trip to Tebay Lodge, involving multi-day touring with Pacific Alpine Guides. Utilizing a mix of strength, aerobic capacity building and moderate intensity, the volume and load herein is focused on intermediate-level athletes who are currently training 6-8hrs per week and have a background in strength training and intensity training.

If you are regularly training more than 8-10hrs per week, consider choosing our Advanced Ski Touring plan instead!
