This summer we've put together a new system of training plans to help YOU get the most of out of your training for skimo!
The plans are split into two main types:
1. Skimo BUILD plans, designed for increasing your capacity. Are you interested in longer winter races/objectives, and worried about finishing? Then building up your weekly training in the fall is going to be key to having the training base to build on for the winter.
- Skimo Fall BUILD 5-8 hours, 8 weeks.
- Skimo Fall BUILD 5-9 hours, 12 weeks.
- Skimo Fall BUILD 9-12 hours, 8 weeks.
- Skimo Fall BUILD 9-15 hours, 12 week.

2. Skimo FAST plans, designed for increasing your speed. Do you know you could finish your goal races/objectives, but want to be able to do them FASTER? Then pick a FAST plan to get you there!

- Skimo Fall FAST 10 hours, 8 weeks.
