Plan Description
This is a 12 Week Swim Training program for adults who are looking to improve their swim technique, stamina, and race pace. You should already be able to swim approx 1500 Short Course Yards (SCY; the length of the pool is 25 yards) in less than 60 mins. This plan includes two benchmark swims: a "Threshold" test to determine what your 100SCY pace looks like, which will appear in Week 3, and then a similar Threshold test on the last day of Week 12.
