Plan Description
This stretch cord plan can be used as a supplement to your in water swimming. It can also serve as a swim replacement if you cannot make it to the pool. These workouts will help build swim-specific strength. Your goal should be to get 3-4 swim exposures per week. If you are in the pool 3 times per week, you can do 1 to 2 stretch cord workouts that week. If you choose to do one stretch cord session, choose the one that appeals to you.
These workouts are designed to be short and effective each one will take 10-15 minutes, including the shoulder prehab warm-up.
