Off-Season Maintenance Swim Plan

Welcome to your training plan!

Off-season preparation is the secret to success for every triathlete

Seize control of your training and immerse yourself in this off-season program. The emphasis lies on honing your skills, sustaining endurance, and refining your technique, ensuring you step into the upcoming race season in peak swimming condition. Each week, you'll engage in a series of workouts designed to progressively enhance various aspects of your stroke.
These sessions vary in intensity, providing a safe and efficient challenge for your body.

Your plan includes:
- Structured swim session with Heart Rate & RPE targets
- Swimming technique tips
- Sessions are between 1700m and 2400m
- Swim stretching videos
- Email access to your coach

You should consult your doctor before embarking on any physical fitness training. For any of the sessions, especially the strength and conditioning sessions, if you are unsure of the exercises then seek the help and advice of a professional near you.
