Du möchtest endlich schneller schwimmen?
4 Wochen Swim Boost inkl. Technik, Lagen, Kraft & Mobility, einem Eingangs- und Endtest
Ziel: Sprint, Olympisch, Halb- und Langdistanz Triathlon bzw. Freiwasser Wettkämpfe
Voraussetzung: Kraul & Lagentechnik Kenntnisse
Fokus auf Technik, 50er und 100er Schnelligkeit bzw. Stamina.
Lerne in diesen 4 Wochen dich zu pacen, dich einzuschätzen, trainiere Technik und aktiviere deine Beine, deinen Core und 'Härte' auf 100 Meter.
Zu Beginn und am Ende dieses Blocks ist ein 10x100m Grundlagen Test eingebaut zur Überprüfung!
4 Schwimmeinheiten pro Woche, 1 Mobility, 1 Krafteinheit und 1 Yoga Einheit pro Woche inklusive, die dem gesamtem Triathlon Training helfen
