Schwimmtraining für alle AthletInnen, die mit dem Schwimmen beginnen und es von Beginn an richtig machen wollen! TEIL 2

4 Wochen Training - du lernst, wie strukturiertes Schwimmtraining aussieht und wirst langsam an ein steigendes Volumen herangeführt. Im Plan findest du auch ein 'Swim Lexikon' für alle verwendeten Abkürzungen.

Inkludiert sind viele technische Übungen, auch Atemübungen, Übungen für Rotation, Beinarbeit und Wassergefühl, sowie entsprechende Warm Ups, Kraft- und Yoga Trainings für deinen Performance Boost. Nicht nur Kraul, sondern auch Lagenschwimmtechnik wird dir helfen ein tolles Gefühl für das Wasser zu erlangen und dich in diesem Element elegant und schnell fortbewegen zu können.

3 Einheiten pro Woche, 1 Mobility, 1 Krafteinheit und 1 Yoga Einheit pro Woche inklusive, die dem gesamtem Triathlon Training helfen
