Schwimmtraining für fortgeschrittene SchwimmerInnen mit Lagen Technik Kenntnissen
Ziel: Langdistanz Triathlon, auch Halbdistanz oder Freiwasser Wettkämpfe

12 Wochen Aufbau, idealerweise als Block für die Zeit vor dem Tapering
Fokus auf Technik, Grundlage, 50, 100, 400er Schnelligkeit bzw. Stamina
3 Einheiten pro Woche - im letzten Block 4 Einheiten pro Woche, Open Water inklusive
1 Mobility und 1 Krafteinheit pro Woche sind ebenso inkludiert, die dem gesamtem Triathlon Training helfen
