6 weeks of banded swim workouts for use to supplement pool swimming. With pools being unpredictably open and busy schedules sometimes you cannot get to the pool.

These 30 min workouts will supplement your swim training.

These sessions should not completely replace swimming.

In order to perform you will need a set of swim bands with moderate resistance.
