Plan Description

-Plan de entrenamiento de natación enfocado para distancias IM y 1/2IM.

Este plan está enfocado para triatletas que solo necesitan asesoramiento para el segmento de natación.

En este plan desarrollaremos las capacidades aeróbicas necesarias para completar con garantías el segmento acuático.

Además desarrollaremos sesiones de técnica, velocidad y estilos, que nos darán una mayor fluidez y desenvoltura en el agua, haciendo que optimicemos nuestro gasto de energía en el primer segmento


*NOMENCLATURA (algunos términos que verás en los planes):


-CTTES: contrastes, en natación, nadar con puños cerrados, manos abiertas, dos dedos, etc..
-PM: punto muerto, en natación, nadar estilo crol, pero un brazo no comienza a moverse hasta que el otro llega al punto de inicio (delante)
-CR, ESP, BR, MP: crol, espalda, braza y mariposa.
-EST: estilos completo, en orden de mariposa, espalda, braza y crol.
-REM: remadas
-C3: natacion respirando cada 3 brazadas (C5 es igual, pero respirando cada 5, etc..)

-c45": salir cada 45", por ejemplo 4x25m c45" son 4 series de 25m empezando cada 45", por lo que si tardas 15" descansas 30", etc.
