PLAN SUMMARY
If you’re an adult swimmer, unconfident in the water, and making no progress despite training… this plan is for you. Kick off the next season swimming faster and easier in 20 sessions.
Here’s our step-by-step plan:
1. The program starts with a 1,000 or 500-yard swim test to establish your baseline. Please also send me a swim video for analysis. This will help me personalized the plan to YOUR limiters… and guarantee better and fastest results with the plan
2. Then you’ll get a swim workout 5 days a week alongside recorded instructional videos to help you master the 7 Moving Parts of Freestyle: Breathing, Body Balance, Rotation, Kick, Recovery, Hand Entry, Underwater pull & Catch-Push
3. Finally, at the end of the 30 days, you’ll retake the swim test and submit another swim video for analysis to wrap up the month.
*This program is for beginner to intermediate swimmers who have a rough understanding and are not fully comfortable with their strokes.
