Dieser 8-wöchige spezifische Vorbereitungsplan ist für Personen gedacht, die entweder den Dr. Matthias Hovorka - High Performance Coaching "HYROX Fortgeschritten 12 Wochen Allgemeine Vorbereitung"-Plan abgeschlossen haben oder bereits Erfahrung im Ausdauer- und Krafttraining haben (z. B. wöchentlich 30 km Laufen und zwei- bis dreimal wöchentlich Krafttraining für 6+ Wochen).

Der Plan konzentriert sich auf HYROX-spezifisches Training und integriert funktionelle Übungen, Ausdauerläufe und hochintensive Einheiten, um die Anforderungen des Wettkampfs zu simulieren. Die Trainingsintensität wird mit leicht verständlichen RPE- und Herzfrequenzrichtlinien gesteuert, um eine sichere und effektive Progression zu gewährleisten.

Der Zugang zu einem Fitnessstudio (z. B. Rudergerät, SkiErg, Krafttrainingsgeräte) wird für die optimale Umsetzung des Plans empfohlen.
