Dieser 12-wöchige Basisvorbereitungsplan ist speziell für absolute Anfänger konzipiert, die eine solide Grundlage in Kraft und Ausdauer für HYROX aufbauen möchten. Es ist keine oder nur minimale Vorerfahrung erforderlich. Der Plan legt den Schwerpunkt auf grundlegendes, konsistentes Training, um die Kernfitness zu entwickeln. Die Einheiten konzentrieren sich größtenteils auf Übungen mit geringer Intensität, welche anhand von RPE (subjektives Belastungsempfinden) und Herzfrequenz gesteuert wird, was ein einfaches Verständnis und nachhaltigen Fortschritt ermöglicht.

Dieser Plan bietet einen idealen Einstieg und enthält wichtige Tipps zu Ernährung, Intensitätssteuerung und Trainingsdurchführung. Nach Abschluss der 12 Wochen können die Teilnehmer nahtlos in unseren 8-wöchigen "HYROX Anfänger 8 Wochen spezifischer Plan" übergehen, der sich gezielt auf die HYROX-Events konzentriert. Der Zugang zu einem Fitnessstudio (z. B. Rudergerät, SkiErg, Krafttrainingsgeräte) wird für die optimale Umsetzung des Plans empfohlen.
